She has 15 years of experience in the industry and also has a bachelor’s degree in equine science. Rachael is very passionate about client education and helping pet owners understand why our team recommends certain services so that they can come away from their appointments with a unique trust in the BBVA team and a feeling of empowerment in their pet’s care. She is also a huge advocate for the understanding of compassion fatigue and uses that knowledge to help our team members and our clients alike when they are faced with difficult situations or decisions. When she’s not working, Rachael enjoys teaching horseback riding lessons, volunteering with the Special Olympics, reading, photography, and hiking with her dogs!
Jocelyn joined our team as a Technician Assistant in 2012 after working for more than four years in the animal field.
